Declaration: I, the above named applicant, request the Caernarfon Harbour Trust (hereafter called the ‘Trust’) to grant me a berth at the Victoria Dock, Caernarfon. I agree to be bound by the Conditions of Berthing at the Victoria Dock. I also understand that the Trust reserves the right to allocate berths according to the availability and the general suitability of my vessel for a particular berth. The above information is correct to the best of my knowledge, and I undertake to inform the Trust immediately of any changes.
